Carl Dix had challenged NYPD commissioner Ray Kelly to debate 'stop & frisk' on October 6th at 125th & Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard.  Kelly was a no show, but Carl had many opportunities to speak with Harlem residents about 'stop & frisk' and the need to build resistance against it.
